Our full-service packages are all-encompassing; from event design to vendor selection, rental agreements, and everything in between! We do the behind-the-scenes work so you can focus on what’s really important: the people you love, the friends who support you, and the beautiful memories you’ll create on your wedding day!Full-service wedding planning typically includes the following items, but can be customized to fit your needs.
• Support with all aspects of wedding planning
• 12-hour on-site event management
• Act as the liaison between client and vendors
• Recommend vendors while being mindful of budget and style
• Unlimited email communication
• Coordinate wedding rehearsal
• Provide emergency kit with supplies: sewing kit, scissors, adhesives, etc.
• Handle any challenges that may arise
• Cue all music changes and special events with band or DJ
• Head coordinator and one assistant coordinator present on wedding day
• Set up of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces
• Arrange favors and grand exit props
• Manage distribution of final payments and gratuities
• Cue guests of honor and family for special moments including toasts and dances
• Organize and set up table assignment guide, place cards, and menu cards
• Available by text the day of the wedding
• Friendly check in’s and creation of final to-do list
• Attend final meeting with client and collect any decor or items needed for setup
• Coordinate and oversee deliveries in accordance to vendor contracts.
• Create a comprehensive timeline to share with vendors, venue, and VIP’s
• Additional meetings and guidance
• Attend a venue walkthrough
• Create and distribute vendor contact list
• Creation of floor plan/schematic
• Discuss and offer input regarding style and design of decor
• Manage rehearsal dinner including timing and speeches
• Establish a budget and manage all scheduled payments
• Review and negotiate all vendor contracts and services
• Set up hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
• Address and mail save-the-dates and invitations
• Manage RSVP’s and attendee list
• Advise on menu and attend tasting with caterer
• Source and order items and packaging for favors and wedding gifts
• Confirm return of all rentals from caterer, rental companies, and florist
• Place restroom amenities basket
• Personal bridal assistant at Bridal Shower
• Second coordination assistant included
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings and interviews
